OVERVIEW
Come and enjoy a yoga class with a difference. The class is lead by our experienced SUP Yoga teacher and one of our intructors to make sure you have the guidence and support you need throughout the session.
We will start with an introduction to the paddle and boards before getting on the water getting used to being on the board before paddling over to the yoga dock. The boards are attatched onto the dock so you don’t float away! Now time to relax and enjoy the yoga.
There is no previous experience required for paddle boarding or yoga! So come and try something new today!
